Showcasing bands from above, in, and underground the world of heavy psych, dusty stoner, and doom rock realms, Planet Desert Rock Weekend is gearing up for its fifth iteration in Las Vegas, Nevada, from January 30 to February 2, 2025, at two of the city’s exceptional venues - Count's Vamp'd and The Usual Place.

Planet Desert Rock Weekend V features a compelling collective of eight international bands representing their respective countries alongside revered acts such as Fireball Ministry, Mos Generator, Unida, Solace, and Sons of Arrakis.

Curated by John Gist, spearhead of Vegas Rock Revolution, his Planet Desert Rock Weekends have blossomed into a raucous retreat for heavy rock aficionados! With all performances scheduled in the evening, attendees can connect with fellow fans and the musicians behind the incredible sounds, then sleep in and embrace the vibrant spirit of Las Vegas at their own pace, exploring its captivating culture by day.

PDRWV’s Night Two is a distinctive affair hosted by the Ripple Music label. It highlights some of its ever-growing roster, with live performances including Valley of the Sun, Fire Down Below, and Godzillionaire (Paw frontman Mark Hennessey’s recent band).

For 2025, the Planet Desert Rock Weekend is extended by one additional night (a separately ticketed event) with five notable acts from around the USA, closing out Sunday with a roaring LAST CALL!
