Yawning Man’s all time desert rock classic, “Rock Formations” hasn’t been pressed on vinyl in the States in years. It’s a staple of so many of our lives, but most of us haven’t been able to own it on that most sacred of formats.

We were really shocked at how quick we moved the special edition pressing but the black vinyl sounds just as good and remains a glorious format. We still have a handful of copies that you can pick up.
And just as a note – if you don’t get one of these, we have no clue when this will be back in print. As has been discussed many times recently – there is a huge vinyl backlog as the format surges in popularity. What this means in practice is that there’s a super long lead time for records to get pressed meaning it’s hard to justify doing the same reissue twice.
