I am a certified Halloween enthusiast! I love everything about Halloween. So, I decided to scare up some Halloween themed questions and shoot them out to some bands. This batch went out to Odin from Starcrazy!
Are you superstitious?
Not entirely, just stitious.
Why do you love Halloween?
It’s my Grandma’s birthday
Not at all, I am fearless. Except for spiders, heights and escalators. One time when I was on a farm as a kid, an emu swung its head at me which I still think about to this day. I can see why the Australian’s went to war with them in 1932.
What’s your favorite Halloween movie?
My girlfriend and I have been making our way through the Saw movies every night this week, so I’m pretty balls deep in that series at the moment. Otherwise the Child’s Play series was a favourite of mine growing up.

What’s your favorite Halloween candy?
Nerds clusters are elite
What’s the strangest thing you’ve received while trick-or-treating?
An empty chocolate wrapper

Captain Howdy from Strangeland
What was your favorite Halloween costume as a child?
One time as a kid I painted myself yellow with a cardboard cut out crown on my head to look like Bart Simpson.
My favourite in recent years, I went as Charlie from It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia with silver spray paint on my nose and a zip-lock bag of spaghetti which I ate in the middle of the pub. I got a lot of strange looks from the mostly younger crowd. Another time Starcrazy played at the now defunct Frankie’s Pizza in Sydney wearing full Juggalo garb, drinking bottles of Faygo on stage. Woop woop!
Do you prefer gore or thrillers?
Gore, anything that makes my stomach turn
