When we first heard Sun Crow’s massive new offering, Quest For Oblivion when it dropped in 2020 we just knew we had to put it out on vinyl. It was one of those records that got passed around the office like, ‘Holy macaroni, this is good.’
So we pressed it on double LP and CD and it came out gorgeous, especially the limited edition black/white merge pressing.

We like putting out all sorts of heavy underground music on Ripple, but some releases are profoundly heavier than others. This is one of those releases. It’s a record that cracks skulls and leaves you gasping for air. It’s a record that showcases just how good the band is and so much more. Losing yourself in its waves of riffs and massive vocals is a delight.
See – usually we don’t put out records on vinyl if they’ve been already digitally released. Normally the economics just don’t work. It isn’t interesting. Quest For Oblivion is something else though, and we decided it was worth rolling the dice. This is the sort of record that moves the label forward, that shows exciting new directions the sound, and the label can go. Immersing yourself in this is a delight.
The gamble has paid off thus far, the record is selling like hotcakes and you’re going to need to act fast to get your copy.
