7 bands from 5 countries converge on Club Volta in Cologne, Germany
this month to burst eardrums and melt faces
For nearly a decade, Bay Area independent label Ripple Music
has been bridging the gap between underground riff-rock outpost and
international tastemaker in the worldwide heavy scene.
This month, following previous successful events in San Francisco and Stockholm,
RippleFest touches down on the European continent with its latest iteration in Köln, Germany.
Ripple CEO Todd Severin says, "RippleFests have proven
to be unique celebrations of heavy riffs and close family. A time for fans, bands and the label to get
together and share our joy for that which we love: heavy riffs, good grog, and great
friendship."
The massive afternoon and evening of blistering riffage
brings together stellar Ripple Music acts from France, Bulgaria, Hungary,
Belgium, and of course Germany, with 7 bands performing over the course of one
head-hollowing night of glorious amplification.
