Great news Hurt fans! (and from what I've learned since we posted our review last month, there are a lot of you!) We, at the Ripple, have been contacted by those in close association with the band with the suggestion that we set up a free giveaway for some awesome Hurt stuff. That's right, we'll be giving away a free copy of the "just released" new Hurt CD, Goodbye to the Machine, and a brand-spanking new poster, both signed by the band! Now, I make no promises how they'll be spelling their names (those of you in the Hurt forum at www.hurtband.com, know what I'm talking about :) but don't miss out on your chance to hear what may turn out to be one of the albums of the year and get some free swag.The way we'll do this is very simple. Anyone who wants to enter, simply leave a comment with your name, or AKA, or pseudonym, or your "X" at the end of this post. One entry per person is all you need. We'll let it run for two weeks, then we'll take all the names, drop em into a hat and pull out the lucky winner. We'll announce the winner here and I'll drop a line into the Hurt forum also. The winner will then recontact me using the same blogger ID (so I know it's you) and send me your email (it won't be published) and we'll get your gifts shooting off in the friendly US Mail.
