The Watchers Debut New video "Starfire"

Bay Area Band Featuring Members of Orchid, SpiralArms and BlackGates to Release Debut Full-Length, 'Black Abyss', March 9

San Francisco doom rock band The Watchers will release its new album, Black Abyss, March 9 via Ripple Music (Mothership, Wo Fat, BANG). Recorded in California's Sonic Room Studios (Forbidden, Zed) and mixed by the legendary Max Norman (Ozzy Osbourne, Y&T), the record features eight tracks of heavy street-riff rock and is the follow-up to The Watchers 2016 debut, Sabbath Highway, an EP hailed as "the veritable creme de la creme of the modern stoner metal".

In advance of Black Abyss' release, The Ripple Effect premieres the video "Starfire". "The Watchers aren’t kids — Black Abyss may be a debut full-length, but it reflects a deeper understanding of rock’s history".
